Taco Pie Recipe
This is the perfect appetizer to go with our famous Cincinnati Chili! Serve at your afternoon or evening baby shower.Ingredients:- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, room temperature
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 avacado, mashed
- ¾ teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- Pepper, to taste
- 2 Tablespoons chopped onion
- Shredded lettuce
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Taco sauce (optional)
Combine first eight ingredients in a blender or food processor; blend well.Pour mixture onto a serving dish (such as a large glass pizza dish or shallow baking dish). Top with onion, lettuce, tomato, cheese and bacon. Sprinkle with Taco sauce if desired. Tip: For flavors to blend, refrigerate for at least 2 hours before adding toppings. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers
