Seafood Bisque Recipe

A Super-Duper Easy Seafood Bisque Recipe that tastes like it was made at a gourmet restaurant! Perfect for an afternoon lunch baby shower. Ingredients:- 1 pound seafood (shrimp, lobster and crab)
- 2 cans cream of shrimp soup (can substitute with cream of celery soup)
- 2 cans cream of potato soup OR cream of cheese soup
- ½ stick sweet butter
- ½ pint heavy cream
- 1 quart half and half (can substitute with fat free half and half)
- Cream Sherry
- Tabasco
Sauté seafood in butter 2-3 minutes. Add 1 ounce Cream Sherry and sauté 1 additional minute. Add soup. Add cream and half and half slowly while stirring. Add a couple of dashes Tabasco (more or less to taste). Heat slowly. Do Not boil. Serve with oyster crackers and side of Cream Sherry.Tip: We use Campbell’s soups, but feel free to try another brand too.
